I think there is a balance between speed and battery drain (overheat). I feel 6mb is a good option and the stock sprint rom has 6mb pagepool, too.

because it was stock. and he wanted you to choose your own size. it gets annoying when you have 3/4 of the users on here asking for stuff. so to solve the issue he went back to stock and PP is up to you if you want to change it. that way we dont have to try and meet some ones personal preference.

I used the pagepool checked the sprint 2.4.1 rom. The pagepool of that rom was set as 6mb by juicy.

Juggs what was the page pool are you running with your J2.4

To change to PP, just use the Page Pool Changer downloaded with J2.4

i am using 6mb
but i prefer dynamic. i just didnt bother to change it this flash.

Thanks xxza. To answer my own performance question, I haven't noticed any performance difference between 6mb and a 32mb pagepool. Although I was running DHarvey's 10/2/08 rom prior, so the comparison isn't perfect.

I'm using a PP of 16 with 2.4.1 right now... it's fast! I'm keeping a close eye on battery life though.

and to do that you change the PP size to 0 before flash right?

Hey Juicy,

Just out of curiosity, did you tweak the screen sensitivity at all? I noticed that the touchscreen is much more responsive (almost vogue smooth) than stock and other roms that I have tried.

Changing it back to Dynamic as soon as i get home
