OOPS! You broke something Juicy.

I develop for WM and wondered why one of my apps all of a sudden looked worse. This ver. 2.22 broke the fonts. Which would also explain why the pop-up menus have a small font text versus the default finger friendly larger version.

This needs to be fixed.

I'm not sure if you removed, renamed, or however you hacked the fonts, but it has the potential of screwing up more apps because the default font support has now been tweaked beyond what the standard WM OS is to support.

Can you please share a way to fix this? instead of having to reflash a new ROM image.

Geez guys... it's a simple setting in Advance Config. Install it if you haven't already and just set the menu font size to whatever you want.

Lol... Juicy I would almost suggest to make it large again to appease everyone and I will just set mine back to a smaller font.

It takes like 10 seconds to change the preference.

Thanks for the tip Drybonz. I only wish it was that simple. I adjusted the 'Menu bar font size' and 'Popup menu font size' to their defaults. While it improved the menus, it did not improve my tiny Scoreboard app.

So there is still some work to be done.

Please dont use that kind of attitude to someone taking their free time to write ROMs for all of us. He didnt break anything and owes no fix to suit any individual personal needs/wants.

If you are a true WM developer you know that the "small" font is the stock wm6/6.1 font and menu size on EVERY prior PPC device. No apps will be screwed up because of a menu font either all the programs ive used do just fine in the larger menus or smaller. Just because it isnt how you want it doesnt mean its broken.

Its Juicy's ROM and hes free to build it how he wants if you dont like it then dont use it, but nothing is broken or needs to be worked on to suit your personal need. NO rom can appease everyone every time

I think people are forgetting these ROMs are used at your own risk and that devs like Juicy have lives of their own. Yes, there will be problems along the way, but if you can't wait through the kinks, then you might as well go with the stock ROM or a version several others have tested out for a long while already.

Hi, juicy, I'm really glad I have a rom more stable and fast than ever! Now that this thing is next to perfect I'd like to turn your attention on internet calling function. I never had to chance to make it work. It would be a great addition to your rom.

I've done a thread concerning my problem and all the steps taken to solve it. I use a special cab that install the necessary files to make VOIP work but does not brake the gps(the official WM6VOIP.cab does brake GPS) and Sip config tool along with SecondToday. All the stuff used by other members of this forum but it mever worked.

Anyway could you give it a look, I'd be real happy to test those features for you!

I'm not familiar with that app. What effect are you trying to get? I'm sure we can find the setting and change it for you with minimal research but I don't know anything about the application.

The ROM is near perfect now, but I have some things I am focusing my attention on next, and that is added landscape support, including cleartype.

I'm also working on a modded comm manager for 2.3

I don't use VOIP, and it's not really a priority for me or many other users. More of an addon, and I don't have any experience in this regard... so I don't think I can be much help.
