Re: [09/12/08] JUICY ROM v1.08

i have confirmed its a bug in the battery icon...usually when you are charging you will see the plug in the icon and when it hits 100% you will see 100% in the icon and no plug

i took it off after 100% then let it drain to about 91% then plugged it back in the charger and it said 109% again

off to test 1.08 for better battery life

Re: [09/12/08] JUICY ROM v1.08

Regarding battery life, I believe it's that inaccurate battery plug-in we replaced the original meter with. It's pretty, but faulty. Mine currently says 42% on the bar, but when I go into the actuall Battery setting app, the green power bar is at about %80.

So now I'm wondering how I can revert back to the original battery monitor.

Re: [09/12/08] JUICY ROM v1.08

The faulty readings are due to the new 1% battery dll. The pretty icon is the result of a registry edit.

FYI on a full night charge from a drained battery, my meter drops from 100% to 93% immediately. Can someone else confirm?

Should I drop the new icon?

Also despite faulty reporting the actual battery life was in fact worse- Hopefully I've fixed that a bit

Yeah, I left mine plugged in overnight (100% charge). Unplugged it, and dropped to 95%.

Re: [09/12/08] JUICY ROM v1.08

Yesterday, I had a little issue which a soft reset *seems* to have fixed.
The phone won't go into sleep mode after usage and so the screen would stay switched on partially (you know, that dim thing?). Drained my battery like a mofugga.

Don't know why it happened.
