Not many people are skilled enough to rebase an SPL and make it work properly. That being said, those who are don't have the time to spend on one carrier specific device that serves such a small number of people. There will also most likely be no touch dual unlocker as there are more advanced phones in the same category, making it pointless.

does anyone have the old Sprint shipped Rom with 1.00 radio or know how I can access the FTP?
didn't see it when I downloaded this link from Tobey

CE OS 20764 Build 20764, Radio 1.11.00F
Old Shipped ROM (19965, 1.00.00F) available on FTP
