Re: Sprint said i cant get a TOL for SERO HHEELLPP
i just did a TOL, but it was TOLed to me, and i already had 4 SERO lines. That probably made it easier for them to do it.

You must deal with a SprintUser pro lol. There are a lot of dummies working for sprint that dont know what they are talking about. Call during business hours(9-5pm).

Re: Sprint said i cant get a TOL for SERO HHEELLPP
I dont think so, I was TOL'd a SERO back about 2 months ago, then I just recently had another SERO TOL'd to me about 3 weeks ago. No problems... took about 5 minutes, and done.

Re: Sprint said i cant get a TOL for SERO HHEELLPP
I tried yesterday to do a TOL from my brothers account to mine for a SERO and got shot down hard! I'm just about done with Sprint. I'm writing a complaint through planetfeedback.com and then going to find another carrier.

What reason did they give when they shot you down?

Re: Sprint said i cant get a TOL for SERO HHEELLPP
I thought that this was a well documented change. No SERO TOL unless you already have SERO. SERO owners couldn't even spawn additional SERO lines (this was a business on it's own created by some enterprising jerks who would resell these for $150/ea). It appears to be a part of their general strategy to migrate people over to the $69+ plans, which got a lot of play around the time that the EVO and Epic came out. Raise ARPU substantially, lose a few customers = net gain in revenue and likely network stability.
If you're upset that you can't do this, and I'm saying this as a totally impartial party, you have absolutely no right to complain IMO. It may be akin to going to a tire shop and demanding they honor their 1930's prices for vulcanized tubeless radial tires. |
