I thought that this was a well documented change. No SERO TOL unless you already have SERO. SERO owners couldn't even spawn additional SERO lines (this was a business on it's own created by some enterprising jerks who would resell these for $150/ea). It appears to be a part of their general strategy to migrate people over to the $69+ plans, which got a lot of play around the time that the EVO and Epic came out. Raise ARPU substantially, lose a few customers = net gain in revenue and likely network stability.

If you're upset that you can't do this, and I'm saying this as a totally impartial party, you have absolutely no right to complain IMO. It may be akin to going to a tire shop and demanding they honor their 1930's prices for vulcanized tubeless radial tires.
