i recently have been working with a buddy from this site on doing a TOL for his old SERO. i payed him $, and we contacted sprint, asked for a TOL. the sprint rep told me that i cannot have his SERO plan for my plan, because i am not a sprint employee, nor a 3rd party employee, BUT neither was the original owner of the SERO. has anybody else ever ran into this problem? BTW i am not an existing sprint customer, i would be getting set up for my 1st time, i went through the credit check process, and was prepared to get this SERO in my name, and be on my way. i had a friend from this site who was extremely kind and very helpful, but it just didn't seem to work out, sprint was pulling this "not an employee card" , how would i get around this problem? say i work for circuit city or something? claim to be the original owners cousin? how did this happen?? i read in this site all the time about DOZENS of people doing TOL's with their SERO's.
i'd appreciate anybody experiences on this same kind of problem, because i am NOT about to sign up for a 99.99 plan, Hell not even their 69.99, even their new Everything plus 59.99 is TOO MUCH, well its too much when i KNOW there is a 30/month option out there. that price is just simply UNMATCHED and i feel i would be doing myself a big mistake to not get the SERO.
excuse me about the ran, but i just need to get this straightened out & find out exactly what to do about this. because it's unacceptable that 'the next man' probably could call and have no issue with this.
