They are always nice and super helpful to me when I call...All of there phones suck seems to be a pretty broad statement. The TP seems to have issues on a lot of carriers, not just Sprint....Seems it is more of an HTC issue then Sprint.

I have had Sprint for years and never had a phone that gave me issues I didn't bring on myself. I have had one problem with my TP and it was replaced with a refurb that looked, felt, worked brand new...

Like others have said, stop crying about it, go to another carrier and see if the grass is greener on the other side.

I love sprint for one reason... it is about $500 a year cheaper than any other carrier.
For $500 I can put up with alot. But in reality I haven't had that many problems with Sprint CSRs either.

I like sprint, service is great and the cs is ok. Now if you wanna pay 30% for the same ol service then by all means go else where, but Im stuck with them.

Man, I love sprint. I've been with them for 10 years now. I have the whole customer service system down. When ever or if I ever have a problem I can get it fixed and get a bill credit and I'm never on the phone for more than 45 minutes.

lol hey Carla he can also have some frenchcry's lol!!!! when my contract ended they gave me 20 bucks off now my bill is 45 bucks a month free incoming nights and weekend starting at 6 pm and unlimited everything else plus they upgraded me to a TP cuz they were out of moguls ...... go ask tmobile to do that lol good luck !!!!

theres some people that get credits and crap to get a new phone.thens theres some of you that get a middle finger from sprint when u call. well lets see i bet the guy that got the credit wasnt a buthole

same here,except 9yrs... i always get what i set out to get from them... and have been hooked up 10x more than id had to fight for it
