Umm, nope. The "No Thanks" button disappeared a few days ago.

I've been with sprint for 4 years and have never had an issue with them, their phones or their CSRs. Hell they even gave me a $50 dollar credit when the rebate company denied the rebate because I did not send proof of purchase (invoice copy, and yes I recon this was my fault). All I did was ask for a copy and they just gave me the $50.

So far, yes they have crappy service in some areas but that is expected from all carriers, but even the phone is working just fine.

oo burn....there are call centers in the u.s. unless you call late, or they r all busy, or certain #'s. there is one in my town and many accross the country. around a dozen i think. and sure some people are rude, they work at a call center. and the phone problem sounds like user error because there are thousands of happy tp owners out there. do what everybody else says.

if it weren't for the sero plan i have no idea why anyone would be with sprint. the plan is so cheap it makes it near impossible to switch for me

Seriously though. The SERO plan has turned from a boon, to a spoil. Now I'm stuck with Sprint FOR LIFE, LOL!

I can't imagine going somewhere else, and paying.....even $10 more per month....that's $240 over 2 years!!!!!

Dangit Sprint!!! LOL
