They are always nice and super helpful to me when I call...All of there phones suck seems to be a pretty broad statement. The TP seems to have issues on a lot of carriers, not just Sprint....Seems it is more of an HTC issue then Sprint.
I have had Sprint for years and never had a phone that gave me issues I didn't bring on myself. I have had one problem with my TP and it was replaced with a refurb that looked, felt, worked brand new...
Like others have said, stop crying about it, go to another carrier and see if the grass is greener on the other side.
