Re: Up to 27% discount on your current sprint bill
Just had a chat session with a Sprint rep ... got the 27% discount after telling them I was a Citigroup employee with a post.com e-mail address. HOWEVER, the on-line rep asked for a business address, supervisor's name and telephone number. Just a heads-up that it could happen so be prepared!
Of course, your mileage may vary as it always does with any CSR interaction. |

Re: Up to 27% discount on your current sprint bill
What did you tell them when they asked for a supervisor and his number? I'm trying to switch to sprint. I would like the evo but the mandatory additional $10 4g data fee is a deal breaker, seeing as I don't even get 4g speeds in my area. This discount would offset that cost, that is if these discounts even apply to the 69.99 unlimited data plans. Anybody know?

Re: Up to 27% discount on your current sprint bill
Well, seems like you answered your own question. If no 4G coverage for you, why not wait until it goes live? Or, wait until AT&T and/or Verizon light it up? Either way, seems like the price will drop, and you need not pay the "first to market" premium for 4G data... Just my $.02

Re: Up to 27% discount on your current sprint bill
I'm in the market for a new digital camera/camcorder. I've heard good things about the 8mp on the evo. My phone is on it's last legs, I thought two birds one stone. And, i'm interested in sprints everything data plan, cheaper than my current t-mobile, (with no data at all) and I'd rather not sign another two year with them to change my plan at this point.
I can afford the 10 bucks for the 4g, I just have a problem spending the extra money for the same 3g speed. Getting the discount would soften the blow. Did you have an actual name and number to give them when they asked? And did your discount actually go through? |

Re: Up to 27% discount on your current sprint bill
why call in and get asked questions you guys dont have an answer to???
just submit the form online and you dont have to worry about it.. it takes about 4hrs to get confirmation via email to tell you if it went through or not |
