Yes that says it has a repair center and it has said it as long as I've been a Sprint customer (7 years). About four years ago the "repair" part was taken away and hasn't been replace. Thank you for looking though, I deal with the Sprint Express store here, easy in, easy out just like I like it.

you can also do advanced exchanges over the phone. So if you have a warrenty or software issue you can take that route.

I'm looking for a Sprint Rep to maybe offer a helping hand. Whenever my phone roams I can no longer make or receive calls. I get a message saying "Verizon can not verify your device at this time"..I've called Sprint, I've reprogramed, I've hard reset..nothing. Nothing works..anyone???

mulhiny - have you tried to set your phone to roam under Sprint only?

Try this - Start > Settings > Phone > Services Tab > Highlight Roaming then click on "Get Settings" > Make sure it says Sprint Only instead of Automatic.

See if that changes anything.

Sorry about being a bit late, but my update is that I got my new model, and after checking the EPST on it or any refurbishment data, there wasn't any according to how I looked at it, plus it was like a car that had no miles on it with the new car smell. I've been enjoying something with a fully functional keyboard since the previous one went dead, and it was worth the wait for pickup since 5:30.
