Uh...there are 93 pages already explaining how they did the exchange. It's been the case for a while that yuo can exchange faulty phones. It's just good timing for Mogul users as a lot of us have owned ours for less than two years and they are already reaching their end of life as a product line so the swapped device is often a Touch Pro now.

I signed up yesterday and in theory I will have a Touch Pro on my doorstep when I get home from work tomorrow but I have not seen any tracking info come up yet. From what everyone else has said it should be here tomorrow.

This will work out well because I was planning to wait until my 2 years were up in November and then compare the new stuff coming out (Pre, new iPhones, new WM phones, etc.) but I wasn't sure I could wait that long with a Mogul that was starting to die. Now I will have a Pro to keep me occupied until the new phones come out and get reviewed. I wouldn't have bought one otherwise because I don't think it is enough of an upgrade to get me to spend hundreds of dollars. $55 is OK.
