Can you explain a little more on how you did this as my MOGUL is driving me crazy and I would love to have the pro.

Uh...there are 93 pages already explaining how they did the exchange. It's been the case for a while that yuo can exchange faulty phones. It's just good timing for Mogul users as a lot of us have owned ours for less than two years and they are already reaching their end of life as a product line so the swapped device is often a Touch Pro now.

I signed up yesterday and in theory I will have a Touch Pro on my doorstep when I get home from work tomorrow but I have not seen any tracking info come up yet. From what everyone else has said it should be here tomorrow.

This will work out well because I was planning to wait until my 2 years were up in November and then compare the new stuff coming out (Pre, new iPhones, new WM phones, etc.) but I wasn't sure I could wait that long with a Mogul that was starting to die. Now I will have a Pro to keep me occupied until the new phones come out and get reviewed. I wouldn't have bought one otherwise because I don't think it is enough of an upgrade to get me to spend hundreds of dollars. $55 is OK.

Go to page 2 of this thread, about halfway down, and you'll find the linkt to the website. Fill out the info there... it's pretty self explanatory. Before you submit, it will let you know what you have and what they are giving you. If you're not happy with the replacement then just cancel the transaction. BTW, what is it that's wrong with the phone?

is this only for the mogul?? i have a vogue right now but i think its lifecycle has ended too right?

The Vogue is still being replaced with another Vogue. Checked this morning.

And Major... that sucks balls. Did you order the replacement online?

Probably never. The Vogue will get replaced with a Diamond.

Wouldn't the equivalent be a Diamond? Also it is only if your device is defective. There are enough known issues with the Mogul that a lot of us are glad to swap for something that works. I've not spent enough time in the Vogue forum to know if they have similar issues (white spots on screen, etc. Obviously no keyboard to get stuck).

o oh well diamond is fine with me...and yes my vogue is messed up it has a huge black smudge in the middle as well as an odd square that can be seen on the screen even when the phone is turned off..theres also so feezing issues nad yada yada lol..neways when do u think they will replace vogues?

I did this last Friday for legitimate purposes. My mogul has literally been shedding pieces and parts and it was time to get it replaced. So I did the advanced exchange Friday and got it yesterday.

I did NOT get a Touch Pro, they sent me a Mogul. And wouldn't you know about 5 minutes after I switch over my service to the new Mogul, the screen starts looking like a green and orange smoke all over it. A complete mess.

Rebooted and hard reset. Still same problem. Called Sprint and told them that the refurbed replacement phone they sent was crap and I had already switched over the service. what now?

They told me to try a local Sprint store to swap it out. I went and tried that. Waited 30 minutes just be told in about 30 seconds that there was nothing they could do and to call Sprint.

Called Sprint....and mutiple hang ups and "you have to talk to another department" later, they told me it was all taken care of. They then transferred me to "Asurion Replacement...." and I knew I was screwed...AGAIN!

Of course, the insurance company would replace the replacement phone, but I would now have to pay $55 to get that done. WTF?? So they transferred me back to Sprint so I could start my story all over again.

Got some chick who put me on hold for an entire episode of Family Guy while I waited. She finally got approval to replace my phone with a "new phone" and that was "since I only had it for one day". Wasn't that nice of them??

So here I wait for my next mystery package? At this point, I'm almost not caring if its just 2 cups and a string. As long as this one works, i really don't care if its a Mogul or Touch Pro.
