Just took min in today for a series of problems it has been having.
They ordered me a refurb mogul. Should be here friday.
Customer service on the phone said the same thing.
Not a single person (and I have spoken to a bunch at sprint today) would even consider a Touch Pro upgrade unless I gave them $300.
At this point, after a 6600, 6700 and 6800, I am getting tired of both sprint and Audiovox/UTstarcom/HTC/whatever their name will be next week.
With exchange sync and a citrix client, the iPhone is looking better. And for the piss poor service I have received from sprint, it makes more sense that someone other than them should get my money.
