My TP is in the mail... to be received within 1 - 2 days! Just called and complained, have been through 5 moguls in 3 months. The most recent ones screen cracked, payed 50 bux, they replaced it with another mogul. Same issues, Active sync connection drops, charge light flashes instead of charging occassionally, and white spot on the screen. Called and complained about this phone being junk as well as the last 4 i have had, they offered me a 6850!

I ordered mine phone through the link in this post and at the time it said that I would get the Touch Pro Kit. My question is has anyone that order theirs through the website and it said you were getting a Touch Pro received a mogul replacement? Also anyone know where I can track my order number. I tried sprints order tracking but the number I have doesn't work.

The quick and dirty:

Yes, people have been told that they're getting a Touch Pro and received a Mogul.

You can track your shipment on the UPS website via reference from the order number. It should be an ES####### in the confirmation email. The tracking won't show up for AT LEAST 24 hours after you place the order.

Man OP gets much props!!! I placed the order through the website yesterday morning.. I went home for lunch today and guess whats waiting for me my new TP (also 2.2lbs)!! Man a one day turn around is unheard of. Well off i go loading the stock ROM on my old mogul to send back.... I actually liked my old mogul sure it had its problems but it was still better than my old Q.

Now to back up my apps and stuff is active sync good enough?? I also plan to use dash wire to back up my contacts, pics and messages.

Too bad, I've been through a slew of Moguls... my guess, this one isn't going to have the same issues as the one I'm sending in.

It might be worth my time to just cancel this whole thing since I'll have to transfer all the data, etc. only to have the same issues again.

Even worse, I wonder if they've refurbed the moguls everyone else has sent in and now we'll be getting the crap people from page 1 had sent in to get replaced.

The 2.2 lb package was a Touch Pro in a retail box with an extra battery!! WHOOO HOOO!!!!!

This whole deal is making me nervous... my email stated I am going to get a TP... but I ordered it off sprints site yesterday morning 11:00am... not its 3:30 and its not showing up on the site (http://returnscenter.smartlabel.com/sprint). I even called and they said it was pending.
