Well I actually called Asurion and they said they were going to ship me a TP. It was very easy. I had multiple problems with the device but after the second issue I named they said they were sorry for inconvenience and that they would send me a replacement but it'd be a TP because the Mogul was out of stock. I'm now just waiting for it to come in
