wow! i hope that doesnt happen w/ me, i too went through the asurion, i am on my second mogul and i dont think i can take another one! hopefully you get your touch pro tomorrow and i get mine friday!! good luck

I got an extra battery but my wife's TP didn't. Oh well, we share everything else so I think I will look into a base charger for the extra one if they make that for the TP. SO, I have tried to read through this entire post, buti cant seem to find the correct answer with Alltel. I think Asurion, or whatever, is my insurance, but I have been to the alltel store over and over and they keep giving me a mogul and saying try this. I have complained each time and each time they give me the run around. Now what should i do, i really want a TP and will do anything to get one. I am still in the 1 year warranty, so they have to replace it no matter what.

any suggestions???

How many times have you had it replaced? I thought after 3 times or so they would offer the comparable model. Thats how I got my 6800 BNIB (from Asurion)

Well, it's still working as of yesterday. My tracking info posted last night. Looks like it will be here tomorrow

Looks like it is the TP package based on weight. This is going to throw a monkey wrench into the whole "I'll get a Palm Pre" plan.

in the words of Peter Griffin, "Freakin sweet!!!" just got my tracking info phone will be delivered today after ordering it just yesterday at 5pm. asurion is awesome and even better sprint's gonna refund me the $50, freakin sweet again!!!

Asurion is good for shipping fast. I think I ordered my Omnia about noon and FedEx tried to deliver it that next morning.

I just had the same experience. I have 2 broken buttons and I sure as hell do not want a refurbished Mogul as a replacement.
