And for the piss poor service I have received from sprint, it makes more sense that someone other than them should get my money. |

If you return your phone 3 or more times then they upgrade... atleast thats what the guy last night told me on the phone... he already put in a new touch for me... and if i still have the same problems, they will upgrade to a diamond or a pro.

since this is by no means an upgrade they will charge you full retail for the touch pro...$612 after tax

Well I actually called Asurion and they said they were going to ship me a TP. It was very easy. I had multiple problems with the device but after the second issue I named they said they were sorry for inconvenience and that they would send me a replacement but it'd be a TP because the Mogul was out of stock. I'm now just waiting for it to come in :):)

well looks im getting the stupid mogul again they said i have a 30 day warranty im going to use the phone for a week and tell them its still messing up till they decide to send a TP
