Would have been better had my wife not removed insurance from our account last summer to save money.

Save money? Insurance is $7/month, for the love of gods it's like not buying a bagel for a week. NOW, you have to foot the bill for the entire cost of a phone.

IF you make a big enough stink you may be able to put the insurance back on. You'll have to take teh phone to an authorized agent and "show" them the phone but I had to do that bc the boneheads at Sprint forgot to put insurance on my account even though I requested it in writing.

Well I called Asurion and explained the situation. Moguls are back ordered so they offered me a Touch, Touch Diamond, or Treo 800w. They said the Touch Pro is not offered as a replacement. I'm going to call back and see if I can get the Pro, but I'm trying to think of a legitimate reason as to why I should get the Pro over the Treo. I can refuse the Touch and Diamond because there's no keyboard, but what reason could I use why I need the Pro over the Treo. It looks like the Treo's specs are superior to the Titan anyway. Does anyone have any ideas?

Just did the online replacement form said a TP is replacement. Waiting for confirm e-mail. Fingers crossed.

He also said that instead of just sending a phone and charger. They are sending the full box with accessories and goodies.

Same exact thing with me, I got my Diamond in yesterday. However, it was already registered to some other guy's account... in Chicago. They're sending me my brand new replacement, it should be here in another hour or so.

I did mess around with the Diamond for a bit, and although it is nice, I REALLY want a full physical keyboard. What are the chances of them sending me a Touch Pro if I complain? I know they're on back order too...

Not quite. The Palm Treo 800w comes with Windows Mobile.

Go to www.phoneclaim.com and click Track My Claim. Enter your mobile number and you're good. If updated, they will have a UPS tracking number ready for you.

Confirming that through this link, I was offered a Touch Pro for my HTC Mogul. I have a legitimate issue with my phone that I have an existing eTicket for. I have so far been unable to get a Mogul *or* a Touch Pro like everyone else. But, this link worked! Let's see where it goes from here, waiting for an email confirmation.
