wehn i go to www.returncenter.smartlabel.com/sprint to track my order i get this message:
We are unable to find the order information entered. Please re-enter your correct Wireless Phone Number and Phone Replacement Order Number OR email address/shipping zip code. Please Note: This site is updated daily with Order Summary information. Please allow 24 hours from the time of order submission for your Order Summary to be displayed. Does this mean they still have not received the order? Do I need to call tech support or wait until tomarrow and see what happens?

honestly u can ask as many questions as to what your gonna get and when your gonna get it. but u have to realize sprint is sneaky, your gonna have to wait and pray like im sure everyone else has and currently are until that ups truck pulls up and that sprint package is in your hand and the tp is in your hand. sprint will tell you one thing and do another... so point of my blah blah blah is....... wait and see what happens

well i did email ecare earlier this moring and they replied this email
