Maybe you should update your ROM and you might not have so many issues.

Re: Sprint and MMS: It's coming!

by sprint saying that they are working on it means this: it will be available only on newer native wm6.1 devices like the treo 800w and the diamond/ralph... I think sprint will say to us like they did with the ppc6600 users if you want it purchase a new phone.. if you have to pay full price. i plan on purchasing a new diamond or ralp this year as soon as it is out i hope to get it on day one! i wish that sprint does get purchased by tomobile so they go gsm then i can get the diamond and the ralp and the treo 800w and then i can just chose which on i want to use at a seconds notice by switching the sim card/ gsm so rocks even vzw is switching to gsm newer lte gsm

Re: Sprint and MMS: It's coming!

MMS will be available for both the Touch and the Mogul... It will be like the ARcsoft app was/is and will be a free download when It is available. They are Targeting Q3 2008 for all WM 6 and 6.1 devices.

Hope that helps a little..

And btw yes the Touch will have GPS before then.. GPS/RevA is scheduled for release Late June. Trying to find out a better date as we speak.

James

So this will not be an update to the existng MS text message client, already on the phones? So we will end up with 2 apps, one for text, and a different one for MMS. That is #ss.

if i rememeber correctly, the Arcsoft app intigrats into the normal text messaging app, in there with email and texting in the same thing.

Man, I hope you are right. Having two different apps would suck.
