I had to pay the restocking fee right a way with a credit card, they wouldnt let me charge it to my sprint account last month. So from now on, I am buying from other retailers.

It's always better to buy at best buy. No restocking fee. But they do require phone to be in mint condition which is understandable. Only problem with best buy is sprint will always charge the $18 upgrade fee. It's a matter of where you get the best deal.

I just call Sprint and have them waive the upgrade fee.
