How is Sprints 30 Day return policy??? Dropped Phone
 
I am within the 30 day period but i accidentally just dropped my phone and scraped some of the black plastic off on the side.

Am I screwed? or will they still let me? I am switching over for another model with more battery life.

They most likely will not exchange it due to the damage.

Happened to me before too. But they took phone back. But they always charge you a 15% restocking fee just FYI

play dumb and see what they say, if its the back cover buy one but try it first and see what they say.

Phone has to be in same condition it was sold to you. If you upgraded, it's a $35 restocking fee(not a % as mentioned above.) If it was a new line of service, no restocking fee

Had similar problem and make up something saying there is somthing internally bad with the phone. Then also say the battery is horrible and you want something with better battery. If you have to pay a restocking fee, Email customer care and do some complaining and they will prolly credit your account. Hope that helps.

You dropped it and it got scratched ... life happens. It's unfortunate, but not Sprint's responsibility. Don't make up something, just tell them what happened. Most likely they will help you out.

If your within 30 days you can always get TEP..its covered under TEP...
