SERO Plans No Longer Discountable Effective 3/1/11!

People who have been getting a discount on sero have been lucky. I have never been able to add any discount for the 5plus years I've had sero. The only things I've been able to get on my sero are, any three numbers and extra 60 minutes every month. Asking for discounts on sero is just crazy in my opinion. You have people complaining about the $10 fee on the everything plans and now you have people complaining about a discount on their $30 plan that sprint is letting you keep as a courtesy. They can take it away at anytime. This is just crazy. Some people are just whiners no matter what. Just be happy that you have a plan that not even prepay plans can beat and stop being babies.

sero-p is $40 a month and includes all phones except 4g phones.
4g phones add $10 premium data.

Yes that is simple. But since they have added the $10 fee to All smartphones to avoid the "4G fee" fiasco, how can they say that a 4G phone on SERO costs $10 more?

From what I've been reading, there is no $40 SERO premium anymore(unless you're grandfathered.) If You switch to SERO Premium Now with say a Samsung Transform wouldn't you pay $50/month. I believe so. Correct me if I'm wrong, please!

not sure where you are reading this but its not true. sero did not change at all with the new smartphone fee so $30 = all old windows mobile smartphones up to tp2.

sero-p includes all phones except 4g which require premium data as i said before.

I agree. I have been staying w/TP2 for this exact reason. I just checked my account status and I'm still at $30 for F&F SERO 500. I'd love a new phone, but I like this price even more.

yeah i when i got my SERO from another member, i already had an idea of my monthly bill. but when the bill came, i was surprised that my SERO line also got my corp discount. alas...with all good things, this one also came to its end on my current bill. not mad at sprint though for taking it away on my SERO plan. from the get go...i already knew it wasn't discountable. was lucky enough to have gotten the discount for a year.
