From what I've been reading, there is no $40 SERO premium anymore(unless you're grandfathered.) If You switch to SERO Premium Now with say a Samsung Transform wouldn't you pay $50/month. I believe so. Correct me if I'm wrong, please!

not sure where you are reading this but its not true. sero did not change at all with the new smartphone fee so $30 = all old windows mobile smartphones up to tp2.
sero-p includes all phones except 4g which require premium data as i said before.
