T-Mobile's policy is n the fine print. Sprint's policy is also in the fine print. T-Mobile spells out what they consider abuse to be. Sprint says they will determine abuse on a case by case basis.

By the way, T-Mobile not throttling is just as good for you as it is for me. I preordered my Evo and had it in my hands first thing in the morning on launch day.

It's hilarious how everyone assumes I don't have Sprint just because I don't say they are superior in every imaginable way to every other carrier. All carriers have their advantages and disadvantages. Once all the fanboys realize this, then we'll have true competition between the carriers that will benefit all of us.
