Re: Weee!!! Got my sero plan back!!!
Sprint | Already an Everything Plus or SERO customer?
Effective 10/1/10, new SERO Premium rate plans will be available which will be compatible with the devices listed above. Only customers on a current SERO rate plan as of 10/1/10 will be eligible to swap to a SERO Premium plan. Has anyone that had SERO actually been able to get back on it after having to switch to EPRP? -CC

Once you go SERO Premium, you can't go back?
Hey guys, I'm wondering if someone has been in a similar situation and can give me some advise.
Apparently once you activate SERO Premium you can't go back to regular old SERO even if you put an old phone back on your line. That's all well and good, but here is my problem. I have two lines on my account right now, lets call them A (mine) and B (my girlfriend's). Line A isn't due for an upgrade, but line B is. I'd like to use line B's upgrade to get an Evo 4G and then activate the phone on line A. However, I don't want to get stuck getting SERO Premium for line B, then again when I activate the Evo on line A only to end up with line A with the EVO, line B with an old HTC Touch but playing for SERO Premium on both. Anyone in a similar issue with suggestions? Thanks! |

My question is has anyone actually gone from the EPRP plan and been switched to the SERO Premium plan? Now I add, has anyone on an ED plan been successfully switched "back" to a SERO plan? Reason I am asking is, that I got off the phone with 5 reps and 3 supervisors. The last two bending over backwards, called me back 3 times, because they could not find the "employee care" phone number. Since they are the only dept that have it in their systems to add you or put you back on the plan.. Winds up that "employee care" doesn't exist anymore.. Oops.. I was given different instructions on how to accomplish this, but I still need to know if it can be done from ED or do I need to switch to EPRP first, then do as I have been told to switch to SERO Prem. The reps nor the supers were not actually able to answer that question, since it is not in their systems to put me or switch me back to, even with them authorizing it.. thanks, -CC P.S. Many reps are not actually aware of the change in affect as of today Oct. 1 2010. Lots of them think you are referring to EPRP (Employee Preferred Referral Program).. Guess they don't regularly read their emails or the memos sent to them... Edit: I was successful, thanks for the heads up. Last edited by clockcycle; 10-02-2010 at 04:32 PM. |

Wirelessly posted (Opera/9.80 (Android; Opera Mini/5.1.21126/20.2485; U; en) Presto/2.5.25)
If you can't go back and I am sure no one has tried yet you will get stuck with plan b for $40 with GPS and unlimited calling to cell phones. Also, the phone must be on the account for 30 days to get the rebate. |
