called sprint today after reading about sero getting evo.asked about changing back.since I have never been late, they checked for like 10 minutes, then came back to say sure we can get you back.down 24$ a month after taxes.
I was very polite and told him how it was a hardship since I am out of work at thee moment. they will set me up In oct . will be 20 more a month (50 plus taxes)but hey.better than 69.99 plus taxes. fyi account in good standing.no problems.

UPDATE!!!!!....
Just got my EPRP changed back to sero premium 500 PLAN.
IT WORKS !!!! MUAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHA!!!!

Great information to know but I hate it when people specifically ask to press thanks.

I saw another story about someone doing something I thought was next to impossible to do. Now CS will be flooded with people trying to do this and most won't have the same luck.

Glad you got it back OP. To the rest - don't feel bad if it doesn't happen. It clearly states you cannot go back to an old plan.

I feel the same way. most won't, but I was very polite and they went above and beyond.i didn't ask for a return, they saw I never complained and had a great history. they just made this decision this past month.and the person there warned me their might be glitches with the changeover.will keep you all posted about any problems I face.

When I spoke to sprint after they first announced the new sero plan addons they told me that they would be able to get me back to sero without a problem. They said that come oct. 1 the old codes would become active again due to the new sero plans and it would be possible to switch back to sero if you ever had it on your account. If you speak to the right person it is possible. Just make sure you speak to an account specialist not a customer service agent. They don't know anything. They were going to put me back on my old sero plan but I switched to a family plan that comes to around the same cost after a corporate discount. In the end if you had sero before and switched it to get an android or webos phone they most likely will change it back.

aaahhhh dont see what was so special. I pay 57 after taxes and insurane. 900 any time mins, unlimited data text, pick any 3 etc etc

fyi I dont give a damn about thanks.when I get info I give to give.putting this thanks issue into the conversation just gets annoying at best. I figure your gonna hit thanks if you like.i do. I dont give a damn about rep, just info.putting that at the b cotton is something I did.jeez.
