Call tomorrow (call the correct number) and they will do it. Call today and they won't.
What's the correct number to call? and what's the best way to approach them in asking to roll you back?

Dan on sprintusers posted it a couple times. I would have to search.

I would say, "I was under the impression that I could never get the EVO (insert your phone here) on the SERO plan so I changed my plan. Now I see they have a new SERO plan for those still on the old one. Since I was on the old one with no option to use a newer phone I was forced to upgrade and pay more. I would like to be put on the new $40 plan since it now works with my phone. If I would have known this before I changed my plan I would have stayed on my old plan."

Something like that and be nice. The rep might do it.

It is a plan that Sprint stopped offering like 2 years ago.

EVO has been sitting on my nightstand for 2 weeks.
Activating EVO on SERO in t-minus...12 hours...11:59...
Damn my stupid ADHD!

How do I change my rate plan if I want to upgrade my device to one of the devices listed above?

If you need to change rate plans to one of the Everything Plus Data rate plans due to an upgrade to one of the devices listed above, your rate plan change will be transacted at the same time as your upgrade if you upgrade through Sprint-owned Retail Store. If you upgrade via Sprint.com or Telesales, your upgrade will be shipped inactive, requiring you to call Sprint Care at 888-876-8381 to activate your device and change rate plans.

I wonder if sprint is gonna get flooded with calls by our fellow sero users come tomorrow morning?

I think I will wait 'til next year to jump on the premium. Want to see if sprint comes out with any goodies this fall season.

My guess Is Yes they will, not a bad price!

Seeing as how they stated you would lose any discounts you have, mine being 22% off $30, I will wait also!

I agree 100%.

Whenever I read that, I specifically make sure I never hit thanks for that person.....

I feel the exact same way. I'm also going to openly admit that I pressed the "Unthanks" or whatever the bad thing was for the short stretch that it was available.

It's a lot like asking for a tip, except this is anonymous so it's a lot easier to not hit that stupid button (although I did press thanks on your post!)
