This says what they "say" they will do for you in oct.. doesn't say they actually did it..
My question is has anyone actually gone from the EPRP plan and been switched to the SERO Premium plan?
Now I add, has anyone on an ED plan been successfully switched "back" to a SERO plan?
Reason I am asking is, that I got off the phone with 5 reps and 3 supervisors. The last two bending over backwards, called me back 3 times, because they could not find the "employee care" phone number. Since they are the only dept that have it in their systems to add you or put you back on the plan.. Winds up that "employee care" doesn't exist anymore.. Oops..
I was given different instructions on how to accomplish this, but I still need to know if it can be done from ED or do I need to switch to EPRP first, then do as I have been told to switch to SERO Prem.
The reps nor the supers were not actually able to answer that question, since it is not in their systems to put me or switch me back to, even with them authorizing it..
thanks,
-CC
P.S. Many reps are not actually aware of the change in affect as of today Oct. 1 2010. Lots of them think you are referring to EPRP (Employee Preferred Referral Program).. Guess they don't regularly read their emails or the memos sent to them...
Edit: I was successful, thanks for the heads up.
