lol I actually asked if i could do it at 1201 but he said they dont open till in the morning so it probably wont work..

i tried as well earlier before the site went down and i had no luck. saying i needed to call CS about it.

Do any of you know if we have to call in or email? I had previously contacted them via everythingreferral@sprint.com, but I don't know what number to call or will *2 do the trick?
