Yep. Still can't upgrade online. Tried doing it on wifes account and it still says you need to switch to everything plan. Oh well. I never expected sprint to get it right anyway.

as of 8:52am EST my EVO is activated, tested and working. I am officially SERO Premium! Just wait it out. They probably dont have this many reps this early in the morning, and you know theyre probably getting destroyed with calls right now. Just wait on hold, grab a cup of coffee and chill till someone picks up. They do seem to be aware of the changes and its going very smoothly

i just got on SERO Premium @ 8:45AM today.

Spoke to the rep about the call volume. they've increased overtime for employees and at 7:00AM EST there were 52 calls in the queue.

They know this is an awesome deal and are just shotgunning everyone though with upgrades!

I didn't upgrade my device (still happy with RaiderRom on a Treo Pro 6.5.3.. wifi hotspot, gps, etc.), as my full upgrade date is next May.

But $40 a month with any mobile anytime (and she even said Roaming was included!), you cannot beat that!!!

I know people have said no corporate discounts on Premium but I would like to know if they are enforcing this or if anyone get around the "system".

I would like to know if anyone lost their discounts as well. If I just went to SERO premium I would loose my discount and the new plan would cost me $22 instead of $10 extra per month.

I hadn't even thought about upgrading plans without upgrading devices. Is the added "any mobile anytime" really worth the extra $10 per month?

(probably a subjective question) - but is there really any other benefit of upgrading plans now without devices?
