I called 1-866-264-1282 both times, and both times was told they can't change me to the correct plan and to "talk to your agent/dealer." And the last time I called they asked "is this the first time you called about this?" and I know from working for sprint that they notate accounts for call-in's...so I probably shouldn't do that anymore. Like I said, I think im out of luck...unless there's some dealer out there willing to submit that change form for me. I just don't wanna lose my employee plan...its too good and saves me too much money over time. It's quite a dilema. |

I just spoke with a rep, he said if i can provide him with the number of someone that had theirs switched to the indirect employee plan, he can see what codes were used and do the same for my plan. Anyone willing to PM me their cell number so i can get my phone working?

Don't use the number above....they had to transfer me.....use 8888768381.

Iceman, I think I'm in the same exact situation as you. At the moment, I qualify for another 2yr renewal and would like to get the discounted phone price.
To those of you who have older plans and don't work for a reseller anymore, I haven't worked for Best Buy in 8 years but still retain my plan. A few years ago when I activated my Samsung A900, they swapped me from the $15 750 to the $20 F&C 3000. Later on I got a discounted Motorola Q9c Windows mobile phone upgrade on 2yr renewal without issue. I later switched to a Touch Pro and then a Hero.
