Ugh,
I give up, i called again today and AGAIN the lady told me "we don't have the plans available in our system to change to the 3rd party plan you need."
Not only that, but they have it on record of course every time i try to call in and get it changed, so it's gonna start lookin suspect if I keep callin and tryin to get it done.
I guess I'll just have to change to that BS everything plan if I want to move ahead with technology...it's pretty bogus though, my bill's gonna go up at least $40/mo I would guess.
