I called 1-866-264-1282 both times, and both times was told they can't change me to the correct plan and to "talk to your agent/dealer."
And the last time I called they asked "is this the first time you called about this?" and I know from working for sprint that they notate accounts for call-in's...so I probably shouldn't do that anymore.
Like I said, I think im out of luck...unless there's some dealer out there willing to submit that change form for me.
I just don't wanna lose my employee plan...its too good and saves me too much money over time. It's quite a dilema.
