BBSAK refuses to recognize my 9700 despite successful driver installation and recognition by DM. Any ideas?

Re: [12/09/10] BlackBerry Swiss Army Knife v1.9.1

Hello

I tried a "factory reset" on my company blackberry to check if the IT policy is wiped out but I had to wait for several hours to get my blackberry to working condition with all the apps re-installed.

A comment on your website will help under "Factory Reset" that apart from removing the IT policy this function completely resets your phone back to factory condition. The comment which is currently on the website is misleading (I thought it will only remove the IT policy...)

Re: [12/09/10] BlackBerry Swiss Army Knife v1.9.1

The first time that I used BBSAK was with my 8520. It recognized the phone and wiped successfully. But, when I attempted to LOAD OS, It couldn't find the T-Mobile upgrade despite being installed to the correct place. After several unsuccessful efforts to load an OS just using the DM loader, I tried again with BBSAK and was able to connect and load the OS, thankfully. This could be a great program if the bugs were fixed.

Re: [12/09/10] BlackBerry Swiss Army Knife v1.9.1

Guys, does anybody have an idea why BBSAK 1.9.1 deletes only one file at a time and then reboots. I select several files (themes' CODs) and press Remove. Than the phone reboots and only one file is deleted. Any ideas??

I am not able to use your software to connect to OS 7 devices. Therefore, I would like to know whether your latest software can support Blackerry OS 7 (e.g. Blackberry 9900). Many Thanks.

Re: [12/09/10] BlackBerry Swiss Army Knife v1.9.1

Hello,
I have a BB Storm2 9520, when I connect it to BBSAK (1.9.11) I am unable to do any operation, and on the picture there is another model. A friend of mine's storm2 works fine with my BBSAK, and the picture is right. Is it possible the device database is somehow wrong? I also tried older versions, no luck. Please tell me if you need any other information.
Thanks in advance

Thanks
