Re: [11/14/10] BlackBerry Swiss Army Knife v1.9

Your v1.7 worked great with my phone. Now v1.9 has connection issues. It won't see my phone and when I push Connect, my system returns an error about an illegal instruction. See the screenshot attached. Judging from the other comments, there's definitely problems with this build. Hope you can help, because this has been a great app.

Phone: Bb Bold 9000 running v5.0.0.822
Computer: Windows XP

Re: [11/14/10] BlackBerry Swiss Army Knife v1.9

Possible bug in v1.9 on Windows 7 64bit...

Jad Maker won't let you either 1) drag .cod files onto the window, or 2) select them successfully using the BBSAK file browser. Or am I doing something painfully stupid?!

Thanks in advance!

Re: [12/09/10] BlackBerry Swiss Army Knife v1.9.1

Those of you having connection issues please make sure you have .net framework 2.0 installed. Also you need to install Blackberry Desktop Manager if you haven't already. Then install the newest build of BBSAK v1.9.1 which was released today. If your issues persist, please post your details here.

Drag & drop only works on Windows XP for some reason. We have yet to determine the reason for this. You will have to use the select button to add cods.

Re: [12/09/10] BlackBerry Swiss Army Knife v1.9.1

I read the changelog for BBSAK 1.9.1 - no longer includes "Docs2Go" in third-party app backups. It's true that the standard edition of Docs2Go is included with the OS, but the Premium Edition which I use is definitely not part of the OS.

The Premium Edition is by any definition a third-party app!
Now I won't have a backup of it whenever I back up with BBSAK 1.9.1
Brilliant -- not!

It does not backup your application settings, just the apps.

I guess we never used the Premium Edition. We may reevaluate this decision and add back in. Thanks for posting.
