It appears that the master cotulla has decided to port everything to the 2.6.32 kernel from the sapphire-tmous-MR-2.6.32-g94b855e.tar.gz he found on HTC's website. What's promiseing about this is that the HD2 magldr is based off supersonic(evo) 2.6.32 kernel as well, n has rendered nothing but great results there. In saying all this, the porting is currently taking place as I type. No holding of breath, or bugging the guy please, but one could only hope for some android htc'ness to come to our barin wvga world from these efforts. Also, it's presumably good for 2.6.35 kernel as well, getting the cotulla krisp .32 port.

Re: MAGLDR being ported to Rhodium
Will this potentially lead to a Bluetooth breakthrough for the RHOD? I actually just bought a Jawbone Era(incredible device, btw) and therefore will be holding off on utilizing the Droid ports until BT works with at least the call audio.

Re: MAGLDR being ported to Rhodium
so i had the privledge to witness personally via .3pg video: NAND MAGLDR Sense, on the rhodium.... This video will not be release, so please do not ask. The fact that we know this is amazing enough. The tim eis not right for mass viewing because only 2d is currently functional, 3d is yet to be implemented. Thus meaning that the bootable awesomeness is very laggy and cumbersome... So hopefully, and to my belief, 3d implementation will make sense scream, comparatively, on our phones.....
Thank you Cotulla, you are the business. (as well as the DFT team) |
