Thanks tiad8! your the man i was going to upgrade to an evo but im sticking with my tp2 because the progress lately is ridiculous. First speakerphone and keyboard backlight..now the camera is working and on your awesome gingerbread build i can run angry birds very! well my gf has angry birds on her ipod touch and my runs just as smooth if not better.

ok I gotta be missing something, I get all the way through on booting haret until the gap where it says A N D R O I D[

but then it says "cannot find system/bin/ <--insert a bunch of different things here and then says "enabling adb" and "adb open"

it seems like im missing a huge part here, I installed everything correctly based on the video can anyone shed some light on what im missing?

EDIT: Ok noticing that when installing the install.tar always errors at the last line before it finishes installing, says something like "tar: failed to extract"
