Hey make sure you partition the fat32 part first then do the ext2 or it will not read on you computer and also make sure they are both set as primary.
I had a problem like this in where my computer couldn't recognize the card

That might be my problem... I did the ext2 first. They were both set to primary though. But why would it work long enough for me to do the install then?

[EDIT]: That was my problem. I hooked it to my Mac and it read it just fine and I used Disk Utility to wipe it back to a Fat32 only then went back to my PC and reformatted the fat32 partition first then went to Ext2. Thanks... hopefully wont run into that problem again.

I have been trying for two hours to get this working and I'm now at a loss. Could someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong? I made two primary partitions on my 16 gig card, one fat32, and the other EXT2, 312 megs. I put all the files I dl'd in the zip onto the fat32 portion and then copied the rhodium startup file from npkinstall/install-startups/rhodium/cdma (I have a cdma phone) to the npkinstall folder. I ran the install.exe folder and it went through the install process and booted back into windows without error. Now is where I have the problem. I proceded to copy the startup file from storage card/Haret-startups/rhodium to the root of the card where the haret.exe is. When I run haret, it gives an error immediatly that "Failed to load file \storage card\zimage"
I have tried moving the install startup file to the root instead and that didn't work either. What do I need to do? ](*,)
EDIT: I tried the whole process again including redownloading it and when I went to boot, it worked fine. No problems. We're golden. However, now I have another problem. Unlike the other android builds I have tried, the power button is not the home button. It simply locks up the device with a black screen with the backlight on. The end button works as it should putting the device to sleep.

i didn't think zimage was included in the zip, you were to use your own.
try these, the download link is small text at bottom of page { Save file to your PC }

Got it loaded. On my RAPH400(Sprint TP2), the area for mobile networks is greyed out. What do I do to set up the phone? ** Airplane mode will not disengage yet wifi connects...

i just writing this little notes for everyone.

first of all, i just want to say thank you, to all the DEVs and all people on xda,ppcGeeks and neopeek, for the great job with this builds.

guys. my time has come to say goodbye. yesterday my wife got me an EVO for my birthday. i'll check the forum from time to time.

i'm working on two final builds right know. it going to be ready in about a week or two. 1- Gingerbread 2- SUPER FRX03.

GINGERBREAD. I KNOW IT THE NEW 2.3. IM TRYING TO MAKE IT STABLE, IM GETTING THERE.

SUPER FRX03. THAT THE NEW NAME FOR THIS BUILD, CUZ IT VERY FAST AND VERY STABLE, GETTING 19.8-20.1 ON NEOCORE
NO O/C. IT AMAZING. YES NO O/C JUST STOCK. I DID A LITTLE MOD ON THIS BUILD. IT NOT READY YET.

Can't wait to try the Super FRX03! Thanks for all the work you have done. I find myself running Android more and more due to the hard work of you and your fellow developers.

First, that's a RHOD400.

Second, you should really read the FAQ...

I'm betting force_cdma isn't set or is set to 0 in your startup.txt...

In addition to arrrghhh's bet :)
check if you have the SIM card inserted. If you have, try removing the SIM card and reboot into android.
