Anyone gotten Angry Birds Lite to work on TP2?

Hello everyone. I just downloaded the latest update via the xdandroid update tool and successfully loaded and played Angrybirds_1.3.5 . very jazzed. thanks to everyone for the hard work.

I was running Android full time for a few months up until a few weeks ago when some of the updates made daily use rough. Lots of crashes, hot battery, etc. I switched back to Windows, running Sharkies ROM now.

Arrgh, if you want to run Android daily, I would suggest the stock Blazin build from a few builds back. Just call your voicemail before running Haret. I'm with Sprint and I never had any issues with missing one side of the call. I cant say the same with later builds, as problems started to become more frequent, and not worth the hassle to not have mms, blue tooth, a working phone, and a battery that lasts.

I only use Android FOR Angry Birds at this point. I follow the builds and keep waiting for another major break through. Until then, like many people say, if you need your phone to work, stick with Windows for now. Otherwise, Android on our TP's is a work in progress.

You are still seeing the white screen with no real land backround right??? and lagging graphics.... or is it just me?????

i got angry birds to work. went to getjar.com. downloaded angry birds for the hero to my computer and then uploaded the apk fle to my phone. it lags a little bit but works enough to have fun with it.

yep I can confirm it works. there are some random graphical anomalies but it does fully function. the game is a lot of fun once you get past the long curve. give it a shot!

nope not just you.

Turns out the background uses opengles 2. Rhod doesnt have the ability to handle that so it will always be white. Blame the game makers i say since there is no reason to use that for something so simple. Lazy devs i tell you..

Hmm, if it makes you feel better there is some talk of trying to speed up the framebuffer to smooth out the graphics.

I am using blazing build with latest modules. I have put the angry birds 1.3.5 in AndriodApps folder and when I run the app it gets stuck at logo screen. Am I doing something wrong? Any help is appreciated. Thanks

You don't have to do anything, it works just by running it on the latest builds, ever since 3D was implemented.

It is a bit glitchy though, with some textures missing, others randomly disappearing.
