i still have no luck with loading the sense..any suggestions? thanks..it loads but not correct i guess say htc sence/touch input has stopped unexpectedly..also when i pull down the task bar it doest even reach the other side of the screen..its in the middle

Delete the ts-calibration file, and try booting it again. I had that happen to me once. Sense 2.1 doesn't seem to work as well wih the kernel or something.
