thanks, i tried that before but it didn't work. Just tried it again and it worked - or rather it made the phone reboot. Is there any way to get it to actually power off? Rather do that then pull the battery while it's actually on if possible.

with the 6/23 version..cant get to the apn..to set up data..
any fixes..

You should be able to skip setup the first time around and still get into your settings.

I'm registered on network(Sprint) and still no 3G/Internet connection. I've waited about 30 minutes. Wifi also wont start up. Any Ideas? On a side note, this build is VERY fast! Thanks!

Why does "Market" crash Android every time I use its search function?

The rest of the market works fine, it only crashes when I use the search function in Market (the magnifying glass)

Searching this thread for the word "market" came up with nothing...

I'm on the latest Sense build and have deleted data.img twice with no luck

Is there any reason to use the ext2 build? is there some advantage to having the ext2 file system? or is there something else included?

The Sense build is bad and buggy like that.

Yeah read/write to the file system instead of just read. There are LOTS of uses for this.

I can't get the marketplace to work right for the life of me. I've tried all the different builds to no avail. Every time I download an app, it gets to 100%, tries to install and crashes the marketplace. I can't get anything to install. Any clues? And yes there is plenty of space for the apps to install.
