have you updated your GPS info through QuickGPS in WinMO? I've noticed that if the GPS data is expired in WinMO i tend to have more issues on the Android side.

For those getting an unkown server try going on your program files and deleteting the file update.zip from the temp folder.

Worked for me both times I got the error.

Re: [CAB] GSM&CDMA Project Android Port and Startup Utility [10/04] BATT UPDATES!

Alright...so im kinda new to this android thing and i have been doing my hw but im still kinda lost. Im running nrgz 2.1 rom, and completely wiped my device clean including my storage card. I d/l the latest blazn n ref android put it in my storage card then installed it in there. (tried both of em seperately) Everything seems to work good, it installs nicely everything turns on however once i get into the android wen i try to open up some programs my fone restarts by itself. For example, everytime i try to open the browser once the google page loads my fone restarts. umm, i d/l papertoss from the market and wen i tried that my fone restarted, the navigation program makes my fone restart. but the fantasy football was working, and other websites were working. is it just me or am i doing something wrong, any help would be appreciated, i really would liek to run the android on my tp2, too cool.

I'm not sure if this question is to be asked in this thread but I'll go ahead and ask.

Any success on getting Whatsapp working on Android Froyo on their TP2?

Re: [CAB] GSM&CDMA Project Android Port and Startup Utility [10/04] BATT UPDATES!

So I wiped my tp2 clean. Reinstalled WM6.5 bare bones. Reinstalled blazn with all the newest files. WiFi still doesn't stay on. Select it then it shows scanning then un-checks itself after about 20sec. Am i missing something obvious?

You didn't update the build at all with the update utility or manually? If it's truly a clean blazn build, it *should* work.

Try just a soft reset - hit the reset pin by the battery, and boot again. Still no wifi, do the data.img delete/move/rename dance.

If it still doesn't work, update to the newest of the new - zImage/modules (these go together!) and rootfs.

BTW, have you tried the reference build clean as well? Shouldn't be any different in respect to wifi, just curious.

Its as clean as it can get. I did install the newest zimage/modules/rootfs together with the new install. I will try deleting the data.img file again.(tried that the other day but that was before the new install). I wonder if i turn on the wifi before booting into android will help.
Havnt had a chance to try the reference build yet, didnt need all the unwanted clutter.

You should start with ref, and if everything works in there move on to blazn. Don't put the cart before the horse buddy
