I see everyone wants sound, as do I, but the phone is literally useless if it only lasts a few hours at best and I can't charge it in Android.
Mine was dead by 4pm yesterday, whereas WinMo would go just about 2 days on a single charge

I as well would like to have to power management working 1st. I don't notice the difference as much because I have the Verizon Extended battery, and I am still so rough on my battery that I still charge it once occasionally twice to get me through the day with Windows. I was able to get several hours use yesterday with my standard battery so I might have to try and get a time out of it this afternoon once my Extended battery is fully charged. I will post my findings on the forum here somewhere when my battery finally dies out.

if you turn off the auto light adjustment in WinMo you will see it last a little long not saying that power management is not a issue...

id say sound is my number one since i have to hear my phone never feel it vibrate and power management would come close second so i know my phone is dying

I'd also love to have the 3.5mm jack working. It's probably my favorite feature of the TP2, since I listen to music walking to/from class every day.

I would say power management it's to much of a tease just to be ablew to play with the phone for a few hours only. Imagine how fast the phone would die if we had sound working. Listening to music in the car, using last.fm slacker radio, pandora, and etc. or watching videos.

Yeah the more it comes about, power management does make ton's of sense... But without sound, you won't hear your phone play its faint little trickle ".wav" letting you know its dying =)

I have to say power management is most important. I can get by without sound since vibration works for ringer and alerts, but not having any clue how much battery is left until it dies is killing me.
