seriously guys.... if your post has nothing to do with actual development (pissing and moaning about someone packaging something one way or another doesn't count!) just drop it and move on, this thread is already WAY to over clogged with useless posts.

C'mon guys... Any issues you have with other users should be taken to PM. Its a great feature to sort out issues, and it keeps the thread clean.

Thanks

1024th useless post of yours!

On topic, I have reported about the charging is working on my TP2 when on android. Now it seems like charging is having problem even if of WM, sometime it works and sometimes it wont. I think I have overcharged it :-(
I have hardreset couple of times, but still having the same issue. It could be the physical connection went bad or the ciruit went bad.. dont know.
Does anybody have the same issue?

I'd hate to see this post closed...it has been my main source of reading for over a week now! I hope people can chill out so we can keep this going..I don't have a beef with anyone on here an I'm completely impressed with how professional its been so far...thats why I continue to read here! I do have an on topic question...Can someone explain what the wifi tethering pros and cons are? I have wap so i havnt had a problem with wifi yet..Just wondering if I should try it or not...Thanks!

I believe it is so you can use android as a wifi access point so you can connect to it with a laptop or ipod touch and surf the web. It might be detectable by sprint though and they may charge you for tethering.

it would also be ugly on your battery life with the current state of power management.

I second, to keep this thread civil.

Whether you are advance or a beginniner it has been made clear that there is something for everyone in our beloved cdma android howto thread.

peace to all

+1. This thread has really degenerated into personal attacks.
My vote is just to shut it down the current thread and "reboot" with maybe just the first few posts. Many of the major discussions recently have their own thread now (battery, tethering, etc).
