you have to reboot maybe 2-3 times . The market works fine . And also I would check for a SIM card. This version works as I am using it right now and market works great.

Hey guy's before you flam me I have read the thread. How do I put my phone to complete sleep (taking out the white light produced by hardware buttons)? I unchecked all the back light settings and when I sleep in android the led light is green but the (4) hardware buttons stay constantly on which could be a battery drainer

If you are having data issues as well, I would check under Settings - Wireless Networks - Mobile Networks and Search Automatically or whatever it is called. Do that till it says Registered on Network. Then I would go under Settings - Sync and maybe delete your google account out of there and re-add it. And see if that helps. Otherwise I would tend to say your storage card is just not letting things write properly. I talked with someone yesterday that ended up switching cards and all worked fine.

I have seen this rarely, and usually a shutdown and reboot fixed it.

You should have no issues, its been downloaded 78 times so I am sure this place would be off the hook with people complaining. lol
