All sprint tp2s come with sim card. It is under the battery. Remove it and your problems will likely be solved.

I received a replacement TP2 from sprint through insurance and it did not come with a SIM card. It's not there and I can take a picture if need be. Any other suggestions?

Yeah, your not doing something right. Each step has to be done in the correct order or this is what happens. You have to put ALL of it in the ROOT of your storage card. ROOT meaning the very first level where you see your folders and files. |
