This was how I got my TP2 (TEP Ausrion insurance claim), but there is plenty of additional info on this subject out there: http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=89583 http://www.howardforums.com/showthread.php?t=1577243 Aside from that, and given that you've been through 3 in the last 30 days, you have more than enough solid evidence to demand better from them. You'll need to speak up for yourself, but just tell them that a another TP1 just isn't going to cut it. You tried to let them fix the problem their way, and they failed. Time for them to try something else - like getting you a TP2. |

It is also possible they were just out at the time you got yours, and due to other TP's being refurbed, now they have them again. Not to mention how many TP's would they have now with a TP2 going out, and a TP coming back?

same problem but im on metro and it just wont connect, doesnt even find any CDMA networks. is ur phone fully unlocked? mine is and im thinking that might have something to do with it. one thing i noticed is that while booting, it says CDMA phone found, on the TP1 it says GSM phone found and works fine without any issues connecting to the network. funny since the sprint tp1 is cdma only lol. for some reason it looks like its not finding the cdma radio or something, and i did try all radios available

Um, what? A bunch of new devs have hopped on. That's plenty of activity, and a good sign to boot. |
